We are experts in catering to a wide range of ability and experience levels! We want our campers to come with a full set of equipment for our game play portions of camp, but full gear is not needed for many of our skills, drills, and challenges. If you are new to the sport, don’t stress! We are happy to work with you! We also have some loaner gear available upon request! Below is the list of equipment needed for regulation game play:
Boys: Stick, Helmet, Gloves, Elbow Pads, Shoulder Pads, Sneakers, Cleats.
Girls: Stick, Googles, Mouth Piece, Sneakers, Cleats.
Note: Our K-2 beginner boys and girls can defiantly get by with just a stick if needed, and cleats are only needed for older groups, and we have limited “loaner equipment” available on a first come first serve basis.
Each day begins with a fun team-building or PE-style game—always a camper favorite—followed by dynamic stretching and stick-skill development. Campers then rotate through skill stations focused on offensive and defensive fundamentals (with position-specific instruction for experienced players), including dodging, shooting, defending, sliding, stick checks, and protection. Mornings wrap up with gameplay: older campers play pick-up style games, while younger groups enjoy PE-style favorites like Hungry Hungry Hippos. Campers then head indoors for lunch.
The afternoon follows a similar structure, featuring new drills, small-sided games, and fun challenges to keep all-day campers engaged. Each day ends with a “Camper of the Day” recognition and dismissal at 3:00 PM. Snacks are provided during morning and afternoon water breaks.
We build in plenty of rest throughout the day—especially for our younger campers—with snack breaks, trivia games, charades, and even arts and crafts. With full indoor access, we’re able to beat the heat and stay comfortable all day long.
And speaking of heat—popsicles are a camp staple! Our ice-cream truck visits twice per camp, and on the hottest days, campers can look forward to optional water activities to cool things off.
Thanks to our access to both indoor and outdoor facilities, weather is never a concern. Space is limited, and camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To maintain a high-quality experience, we cap enrollment to ensure campers stay active and engaged—no long lines, no waiting around.
