If we drive out to the field and start a practice, then cancel it during the practice, we won't make it up. If we cancel before a practice begins however, then we will make that up.

Refunds cannot be issued because a participant cannot attend a make up session. In order to help parents with attendance, we try to make up practices by adding minutes to existing practices, but this is not always possible.

We always try to communicate a cancellation at least 1 hour before practice when possible, so always keep an eye on your email when the weather is in question.
